The Ferndale Community Club's Butch Barrows Hall is a great place to host birthday parties, family reunions, crab feasts, ect!
The base rate for renting our facilities is $375. This includes a 4 hour affair, time before the affair for decorating of the Barrows Hall, set-up and clean-up, a bartender and access to our small hall kitchen.
In addition, we also offer access to our fenced in pavilion area, complete with picnic tables, and barbeque pit for an addtional $75. This is great for summer parties!
